OTS is now among the Best Workplaces in Technology for 2024

We proudly announce our distinction as a Great Place to Work® in Greece in the list of  «Best Workplaces in Technology 2024».  OTS took part in the annual survey that evaluates the working environment, Trust Index©. OTS has been awarded the respective certification from the Great Place to Work® organization.

This distinction is based on anonymous and confidential information from the employees that filled in the Trust Index© questionnaire from Great Place to Work® Hellas. The evaluation procedure is based on the “for all” methodology which is a model created by Great Place to Work® Hellas in order to evaluate the extend to which the company’s values and the practices affect all of the employees equally.

Great Place To Work® Hellas analyses the replies from approximately 5.500 employees from 45 Great Place To Work-Certified™ companies that are in the technology field.
