Board Members

He is a graduate of the Computer Science Department of the University of Crete and MBA owner of the A.L.B.A. School.
He has been working in the telecommunication field since 1991, in high ranking posts.
He was a founding member of the telecommunication Company Forthnet SA. He has served as a CTO (1996-1999), CCO (2000-2008), COO (2009-2011) and as the company’s CEO from February 2011 till the end of 2020.

He is a graduate of the Computer Science Department of the University of Crete.
Since 1990, he has been working in the telecommunication field. He was working for the telecommunication Company Forthnet SA, from 1996 till 2021, in which he served as a CTO (2006-2008), as a Director of Network and Information Systems (2008-2011) and as Director of Telecommunication and Cable TV Security (2011-2021).

In 2022 he was appointed Vice Chairman of the OTS Board

Spyridon Pampoukidis is the founder of the company. He holds a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Crete and a Master’s degree in Business Administration. He has extensive experience in the IT sector, where he has worked as a programmer – analyst and sales support engineer and has served as an expert IT consultant to committees related to Local and Central Government.

He has studied telecommunications, and in particular BEng in Telecommunications Engineering, at the University of Essex, MSc in Digital Communication Systems- Loughborough University and a Doctor of Philosophy in Wireless Communications of the same University.
Since 2013 he has been employed in the information and telecommunication sector. He is part of the OTS team since 2013, as a business development manager and project manager for IoT and Smart Cities projects.

In 2022 he was appointed a member of the OTS Board and CBDO.

Kalaitsopoulos graduated from the Department of Informatics in the University of Ioannina. He joined OTS in 1999 where he started from the Service Department. In 2003 he took charge of the team supporting the company’s human resource management applications. In early 2009 he became Deputy Director of the Economic & Administrative Division, and in 2011 he became Chief Financial and Administrative Officer.

Tsiridis graduated from Thessaloniki’s Technical Institution – Department of Informatics and holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration. He started working in OTS as a software programmer in the Research and Development Department. From 2004 to 2011 he was the company’s Chief Technical Officer and since then is the Director of Research & Development.

He is a professor of the Department of Information and Electronic Engineering of the International University of Greece, with a specialization in Technologies of Safe Internet Applications. He is a graduate of the Computer Science Department of the University of Crete and a lecturer in Aristotle University in Thessaloniki. He has journal publications in international serials and conferences and is a member of research groups and national and European organisations on security of information systems. He has participated in a significant number of research and development programs.

He is an independent member of the OTS Board since 2022.
