Open Technology Services (OTS) is an IT company, established in 1993, specialized in developing integrated information systems that fully meet the needs of Public and Private Sector.

Our goal is to produce software solutions with a keen eye on technology innovation and value added services, for the provision of our partners’ efficient operation and faster and better quality service to Citizens.

Our solutions apply to actors in the General Government and Central Administration. We have more than 700 installations and the number of users utilizing our applications exceed 100.000.

The total human resources of the Company consist of highly skilled and educated people. Currently OTS employs more than 200 staff on a permanent basis, out of whom 75% are employed in software development and customer support.

Each new member prior to assignment of responsibilities, gets a thorough training in order to become familiar with the products, processes and the philosophy of the company. Our objective is to create a working environment and offer those conditions that will lead to a long-term retention of our employees. We feel that this is the appropriate way to provide quality services and meet the requirements of our customers.
