Following its successful event in 2025, OTS returns to Brussels for the European Week of Regions and Cities, taking place from 12 to 14 October 2026, continuing an initiative focused on networking, dialogue and knowledge exchange between local government and European institutions.
On the occasion of this year’s EWRC, OTS is hosting a networking event on Tuesday, 13 October, bringing together representatives of Greek local government, the European Parliament and the European Commission.
Building on the success of the event held in October 2025, this year’s gathering aims to provide another opportunity to exchange views and experiences on the contemporary challenges facing European cities and regions.
Digital transformation, innovation, the use of European funding instruments, and the development of more people-centred and sustainable cities are at the heart of this broader dialogue, highlighting the importance of collaboration between local government, European institutions and the technology community.
For OTS, participating in the European Week of Regions and Cities is another opportunity to engage with local government representatives, exchange experiences and gain first-hand insights into European developments shaping the future of public administration and cities.
OTS looks forward to meeting representatives of Greek local government who will be in Brussels for the European Week of Regions and Cities and continuing the dialogue on the cities of the future.
